He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran G. White and Bertie Lee Cooksey White; his siblings, Joyce Wright and David Lee White; and his grandson Tommy Edwards.
He is survived by: his former wife Catherine Evelyn Endicott; his wife Catherine Evelyn White of Crawfordsville; his children, Michael "Mickey" White (Lisa) of Madison, Indiana and Melanie Edwards (Tom) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Heather, Michelle, Josh, Kayla, Karly, Nathan, J. T. and Charity; and his brothers, Larry White (Janet) and Jerry White (Teresa).
