He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Necco Pack and Hollis O. Pack. He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Cochran; and his children, Ryan N. Pack of McCordsville, Richard Pack Jr. (Connie) of Crawfordsville, Indiana and Dennie Walters (Ken) of Avon, Indiana. He is also survived by Five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
