He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Rebecca McNeely (Richard), Rick Caldwell, David Caldwell (Beth), Kelly Surber (Robert) and Rhonda Rossok (William); his grandchildren, Jessica, Mike, Tim, Caleb, Zach, Tony, Troy and Darcy; his great grandchildren, Mercedes, Justice, Levi, Jackson, LauraBelle and Everly; and his sister-in-law Sandy Caldwell.
