He was predeceased by: his parents, Golie C. Hardwick and Alice Ritter Hardwick; and his sister Janet Jamison. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hardwick of Crawfordsville; his siblings, G. T. Hardwick (Joan) of Champaign, Illinois and Peggy Hardwick (Ted Stone) of Barrington, Illinois; his aunt Betty Ritter of Denver, Colorado; and his uncle Maurice Hardwick of Quincy, Illinois. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene, Yountsville Community Church or the Gideons International.
