He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Green and Pauline Green (Perry); his siblings, Virginia, Barbara Jones, Alice Gray, Tom, Wally (Bud) and Elinor Rogers; and his spouse Billie Winningham.
He is survived by: his children, Sara, Bill (Kim), Bob (Taffy) and Joanna; and his grandchildren, Virginia, Andrew, Sam, Sarah, Katie, Joe and Ben.
