He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Zachary and Mildred Ionne Hampton Zachary; his former wife Blanche "Billie" Freeman; and his daughter Julie Wilberg. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Zachary of Crawfordsville; his daughter Shelley Igney of LaOtto, Indiana; his stepchildren, Tammy Plank (Brad) and Gregory Whipple (Jennifer Rife); his grandchildren, James Wilberg and Jennifer Wilberg Harmon; his great grandchild Jaxon Harmon; and his stepgrandchildren, Robert Redmon, Amber McLaughlin, Jessica Plank, Kelly Plank, Richard Whipple and Renee Pirtle. He is also survived by 6 step-great-grandchildren.
Phil was a member of Whitesville Christian Church and the family requests donations in his memory to the church, 3603 S. Ladoga Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
