She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis McGinnis and Naomi Miller McGinnis; and her brother Kent McGinnis. She is survived by: her husband Robert Behr; her daughters, Delaney Behr and Courtney Verhey (Shawn); her granddaughter Marley Lynn; and her siblings, Vanessa Goodwin, Toni Ferch, Chip Ferch and Tracy Ferch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please donate to your local Animal Shelter as Peggy was known for pulling over on the side of the road to rescue stray dogs.
