She is survived by: her parents, Herbert Chapman and Carrie Irvin Chapman; her spouse John "Jack" Stephenson; and her children, Becky Robinson, Howard "Chico" Stephenson, Sally Cotten (Richard), Susie Johnson, Jackie Smith (Terry), Lori Hall (Tommie) and Bobbi Joiner (Brian). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren; nephews, nieces and friends.
