She is survived by: her children, Marcus Dale Evans, Tammy Marie Broholm of Texas, Helen Sanders of Texas, Timothy Quinn of Waveland and Gregg Quinn of Crawfordsville; and her siblings, David "Sonny" Surber of Reynolds, Mike Surber of Crawfordsville, Judy Whitlow of Crawfordsville and Sue Sheets of Crawfordsville.
