He is survived by: his wife Karen Deckard; his children, Chris Downey (Jennifer), John Downey (Thoma) and Beth Downey; his grandsons, Jarett Downey, Clayton Downey, Gavin Downey, Wyatt Eldridge and Ben Eldridge; and his pet Edee.
Because of the active COVID-19 virus and concern for the safety of friends and family, there will be no service.
