She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Kerns and Frona Mae Kerns (Baxley); and her brother Harold "Bill" Kerns. She is survived by: her husband Marion Maxwell of Crawfordsville; her children, Mark Maxwell (Connie) of Ohio and Marla Bachert (Scott) of Rensselaer; her grandchildren, Andy Maxwell of Alaska, Meaghan Anderson (David) of Ohio, Kayla Anderson (Alex) of Whitestown and Katie Bachert of Battle Ground; her great grandchildren, Brinley, Brecken, Braya and Aylitah; and her sister Betty Jo Stevens (Keith) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in her memory to the Whitesville Christian Church, 3603 S Ladoga Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
