He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Diane Kelsey (Hall); his children, Phillip Kelsey (Breanne) and Michelle Hubbard (Steven); his siblings, Dave Kelsey (Susie), Marvin Kelsey (Nettie), Julie "Patty" Miethe (Billy) and Diane Kelsey; and his grandchildren, Kolsey, Abigail, Kolten, Koda, Ethan, Kolissa, Lillian, Kora, Elaina and Leigha.
