He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Keesee and Lois Conrad Keesee; his son Curtis Keesee; his brother Scott Keesee; and his half-brother Bradley Keesee.

He is survived by: his friend Thea; his wife Thea Coryell Keesee; his daughter Marsha Keesee Thomas; his daughter-in-law Heather Keesee; his brother Burt Keesee (Connie); and his stepchildren, Glenn Sanders Jr., Greg Sanders (Lauren) and Chris Sanders (Christina). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
