She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Busse and Minnie Releford Busse; her husband Russell C. Norris; her daughter Carolyn Jean Dowell; her great grandchild Skyler Spore; and her siblings, Vic, Dorothy, Lilly and Stella.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Sue Fischer of Crawfordsville; her grandchildren, Brian Sparrow (Sherry) of Crawfordsville, Michele Long (Bryan) of New Market and Candy Chamness (Derek) of Syracuse, Indiana; and her brother Jerry Busse. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burkhart Funeral Home (201 W Wabash Ave, Crawfordsville, IN 47933). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.
