He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Eads and Martha Eads (Blacker); his son Mark Lavon Eads; and his grandson David Brady. He is survived by: his wife Joanie Laverne Dale; his children, Terry Johnson (Ron) and Brad Eads (Laurie); his grandchildren, Grant Eads (Katie), Cassandra Eads, Jacob Shaffer (Jessica), Aaron Shaffer, Eli Shaffer, Sharon Lou Bradley (Jamie), Jennie Simison (Mark) and Derek Brady; and his sister Claressa Perry. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Prairie Creek Baptist Church.
