She was predeceased by: her husband Gary; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Racheal. She is survived by: her children, Jean Shafer and Daphne "Suzie" Nichols-O'Hair (Howard); her siblings, Robert McFatridge (Renee) of Florida, Pamela Jones of Las Vegas and Sharon Allen (Richard) of Logansport; her grandchildren, Chelsi Brown, Richard Wilson, Myles Shafer and Christopher Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Austin Lidester, Thomas Lidester and Kinley Lidester. She is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
