He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Thomas Lewellen, Clifford Edward Lewellen and Frances Rae Williamson. He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Ann Ryker; his sons, Robert of Crawfordsville, IN., Mike of Crawfordsville, IN. and Jeff Lewellen of Crawfordsville, IN.; and his siblings, Gordon (Doc), Robert Leon Lewellen (Wife Gloria) of Crawfordsville, IN and Ruth Marie Howard of Ohio. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
