He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Hocquard and Marvel M. Courtright Hocquard; his wife Janet Ann Rowan; and his great grandchild Leon David Hocquard III. He is survived by: his children, Robin Cunningham, Robbie Misner (Paul), Marvel Hocquard, Leon Hocquard, Jr. and Sonny Hocquard; his granddaughters, Winter Shahan (Kyle), Autumn Hocquard and Katelyn Beverlin; his great grandchildren, Novalee Shahan and Janet Ann Hocquard; his niece Judi Rowan Cruickshank (Roland); and his nephew Billy Ross.
