He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Boze; his sons, Bradley (Jan), Eric (Vicki) and Martin (Carla); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Zachary (Jami), Jerad and Leigha Yerk (James); and his great grandchildren, Cade, Cora Thompson, Walter, June and Ruth Yerk.
