He is survived by: his former wife Darla Richards; his children, Shane (Kim) of Michigantown and Cherish Batts; his former wife Lucinda Schulthes; his stepchildren, Danielle Hann and Adam Deener (Melanie); his grandchildren, Sarah Jacoby (Brad Salka), Hannah Jacoby, Harmon Hann, River Miller, Kinley, Graham, Marshall Deener, Landon and Logan Miller; and his siblings, Charlie Jacoby (Mary) of Mulberry, John and Janice Jacoby of Sonoma County, California..
