He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert B. Skaggs and Delia Irene Carter Skaggs; his wife Judith "Judy" Szumlinski; his sons, Michael Skaggs (Stephanie) of Terre Haute and Robert Skaggs (Nikki) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Destiny, Skyler, Austin, Colton and Myrna; and his siblings, Kenny, Bruce, Sue, Lavon, Donette and Elaiane.
