He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur E. Harlan and Betty L. Harlan (Boyll); his sons, David Owen Harlan (Lt) and James Wesley Arthur Harlan of Clarksville, IN.; his stepmother Patricia L. Harlan; his sister Terri Lynn; his daughter Grace Leone; his grandchildren, Saoirse, Magnus and Pheadra; and his siblings, Thomas Harlan, Bobby Harlan and Karen Farmer of Terre Haute. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
