She is survived by: her former husband Morris Neal; her children, Jeff Neal, David Neal, Jerry Neal and Diane Osterhoudt (Clay); and her sister Rita Nipper. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
