She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore J. Volkert and Helen C. Volkert (Bany); her grandchildren, Shawn D. Storm and Heather A. Adams; and her sister Roberta Sebree.
She is survived by: her close friend John L. Budd; her children, John W. Storm (Bonnie), Janice S. Storm, Jennifer L. Adams (Jerry), Jeri K. Storm and Jackie A. Harrison; and her sister Gloria Schott-St. Louis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
