It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Rutledge of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in Cerro Gordo, Illinois, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter James Cornwell and Ellen Amanda Hamilton Cornwell; her spouse Loran K. Rutledge; and her siblings, James Pierce Cornwell, Margueritte Yelensky, Betty C. Laughlin, Josephine Fleetwood and Maxine Shinniman.
She is survived by: her daughter Candy Hodges (Bob) of Crawfordsville; her grandchildren, Chad Hodges (Angela) of Brownsburg and Cara Livingston (Jon) of Brownsburg; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Hodges, Ian Livingston and Chloe Livingston.
Juanita adopted her cats from the local shelter and, with that in mind, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, please honor her with a donation to the Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County, 1104 Big Four Arch Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
