He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph and Dessa Walters (Lambert); his wife Winnie Pearl (Tarter); his siblings, Mary Parker, Margaret Daniels and Ron Walters; and his grandchildren, Desi Walters and Michael Justin.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Waldon, Mike Walters, Deena Renoll (Dennis), Martin Walters, Robin Walters and Anthony Walters (Izabel). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren.
