He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Newhouse; and his grandparents, Warren, Clarice Crane, Gifford and Helen Spilly.
He is survived by: his father Robert Crane (IN); his friends, Amy Hubbard and Lindsey VanDevander; his aunts, Alice Bassford (MN) and Charlene Crane Meadows (IN); and also Jane Newhouse (MN).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the IndyHumane Society in Indianapolis, Indiana, in Joe's memory.
