He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Billingsley and Katherine Billingsley Black (Sparks); his former wife Rachel Martin; and his wife Teresa Shelton Cary. He is survived by: his children, Christine Billingsley of Veedersburg, Robert Pierce Crawfordsville, Leon Billingsley (Jessica) and Andrew Billingsley Chicago; his sister Karen S. Stewart of Crawfordsville; his uncle Richard Day of Kentucky; his stepfather Claude E. Black (Rachel); his children, Galetea, Freddie and Joey Slagle; and his siblings, Kim Billingsley, Sandy Busse, Diane Mills and Mike Billingsley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
