He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Nave and Virginia Nave (Cook); and his siblings, Larry Nave and Naomi Veach. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Louise McVicker; his children, Rhonda Day (Dale Elliott), Charles Nave (Elizabeth) and Connie Thomas (Darren); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Taylor, Landon, Cody and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Addisyn, Walker, Lane, Julia, Tyson and Camden; and his siblings, Bill Nave, Joe Nave (Judy), Patricia Tingley (Phil), Russell Nave (Anne) and Catrice Gackle (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanders Funeral Care (315 S Washington St, Crawfordsville, IN 47933). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
