Mayotte of Crawfordsville, Alan Ray Mayotte (Christa) of New Richmond and Sharon Lucas of Crawfordsville; his grandson Paul Lucas of Carmel; and his stepgrandchildren, Roger Swears of Darlington, Jennifer Swears of New Richmond and Jason Lucas of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
