He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Keith Fults and Martha Mae Fults (Todd); and his son Jason Hull. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Tami Lang, Jamey Fults Jr. (Marilyn), Hollie Fults-MacCloud (Shane), Keith Fults, Michael Hull (Olesja) and Krista Barker (Joe); his brothers, George Fults (Nancy) and Ronnie Fults; his grandchildren, Kyle (Lacey), Tiffani (Jon), Sydney (Chris), Kayleigh, Keagan, David (Courtney), Christian, Kay, Savannah, EliJAH, Jayson, Alex, Jacob, Ben and Kimberly; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Everleigh Grace, Jaxxton and Peighton Alexis.
Social distancing is expected and masks are required.
