He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Ward and Bonnie J. English Moffitt; and his brother Bob Chamness. He is survived by: his brother Terry W. Ward of Tennessee; his stepfather Steve Moffitt of New Richmond; his aunt Minnie Howard of New Richmond; and his nieces and nephews, Candy Chamness, Echo Rose, Toby Ward and Tristan Ward. He is also survived by nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
