He was predeceased by: his wife Missy McIntyre; and his daughter Tara. He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Scaggs and Barb Scaggs (Caldwell); his children, Derrick (Rachael Harris), Dalton Scaggs (Shelby Mather) and Alyssa Beerbower (Jacob); his grandchildren, Chandler Scaggs, Raelynn, Kyleigh and Maverick Beerbower; his siblings, Kristy Largent (Andy) and Brian Scaggs (Rebecca); his siblings-in-law, Casey Murphy (Daniel) and Billy (Gina); and his nieces and nephews, Cody, Brooke Scaggs, Zak, Gracie Kristina, Beck, Bella McIntyre, Kayla England (Largent), Calinn, Kolie, Kinley and Carmin Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the funeral home to assist with funeral and medical expenses.
