He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Surber and Laurabell Surber (Barnett); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Tami M. Surber; his children, Amber (Susan) and Brian (Nakole); his stepdaughter Tosha; his siblings, Bobbie (Kelly), John, Debbie (John Hendon) and Rosie; his mother-in-law Lynda; his sister-in-law Lorynda (Evin); and his pets, Atz and Sophi. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews, cousins.
