She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce Cleveland and Donna Rex Cleveland; her husband Tom Endicott; her sisters, Sharon Bennett and Rita Lewis; and her grandson Theron.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Endicott (Terry), Jacque Hudson (Dave), Jody Endicott (Gina) and Jeri Massey (Bob); her grandchildren, Zach (Hillary), Travis (Kim), J. D., Maggie, Katie, Eyan and Rowan; and her great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Rafe, Elijah and Ainsley.

Janice and Tom were actively involved with the Odd Fellows Cemetery and the family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Odd Fellows Cemetery, P.O. Box 513, Darlington, IN 47940.
