It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice H. Cook of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank W. Haslam and Eula Haslam (Mitchell); her husband Charles R. Cook Jr.; her grandson Heath Burns; and her siblings, Carolyn Hendrix and Samuel Haslam.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Groves (Mike), Charlene Burns (Dan) and Denny Cook (Carol); her grandchildren, Mikie Groves, Missy Groves (Charlie), Tiffany Reeves (Terry), Angie Smith (Shane) and Garrett Cook (Rene); her great grandchildren, Mitchel, Josie, Ashten, Kylee, Cami, Landyn, Cooper, Sloane, Denver and Addisyn; and her brother Richard Haslam (Linda).
