He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Halfhill (Jim) of Kentucky, Charles West (Kathy) of Crawfordsville, Lori Miles (Neal) of Crawfordsville and Steve Phillips (Vicky) of Cloverdale; his sisters, Ruth Brown (Ralph) and Kathy Billingsley; and his daughter-in-law Phyllis West. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
