He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas "Bob" and Myrtle Stephens (Knee); his son Brian "Moose" Stephens; and his sister Judy Calhoun. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sandusky; his children, Brad Stephens, Tony Sandusky (Kim) and Christy Whitley (Dan); his sister-in-law Sandy Caldwell; his grandchildren, Kalyn Warrick (Jay), Emilee Warrick, Jamison Warrick, Marjie Sandusky, Brenden Sandusky, Cody Pollard, Alysha Bridge and Shelby Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Rhaiden, Neveah, Justin, Isabella, Lydia and Penelope.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Parkersburg Christian Church.
