He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Eddie Mae Page (Norris). He is survived by: his wife Michele Maxine Smith; his sons, Greg Page (Sandy), Tony Page (Kelly) and Brent Page; his grandchildren, CJ, Cameron, Reba, Peyton, Eli, Sam, Simon, Chanse, Collin and Cayden; and his siblings, Eyvind Page (Shirley), Doris Comer, Jackie Page (Linda), Judie, Jason Page (Kathy), Randy Page (Chaney) and Mike Page. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
