He is survived by: his parents, Jack Burpo, Jr. and Ruth Irene Burpo; his wife Lisa Burpo; his children, Savannah Kay Hyatt, Jack Douglas Burpo II and Jessica Faye Brannon; his grandchild Damien Hyatt of Hevenley Davis; and his siblings, Mark Burpo and Twanette Burpo.
