He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Weliver and Christine Weliver (Birge); his son Harold Welliver III; and his sisters, Linda Stewart and Deborah Weliver.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Weliver; his sons, Steve and Brandon Weliver; his grandchildren, Trey, Ainsley and Brecken; his great grandchild Alina; and his siblings, Brenda Deckard and Gary Weliver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
