He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Williams and Dorothy Williams (Walker); his former wife Sharon Hartung; his son Aaron Keller; his grandson Jake; and his sister Sharon Bayless.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Keller (Rose); his children, Stephanie Griswold of Attica, Stacey Williams of Lafayette, Matt Williams (Melissa) of Florida, Clint Williams (LeeAnn) of Lafayette, Marcia Fonseca (Larry Thomas) of Brazil and Barbara Tyler (Tyler) of California; his grandchildren, Erin, Carly, Jarrett, Kelsey, Taylor, Derek, Izaak, Kimberly, Chad, Jacob, Kobe, Kinsey, Kole of Emma, AJ and Zach; and his sister Glenda Dale (Don) of Darlington. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
