Glen Ray Krout Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2022, at the age of 93, Glen Ray Krout of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in Alamo, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Virgil L. Krout; his wife Phyllis J Eggers; his siblings, Lawrence Krout (Maxine) and Elsie Poole (Leighton); his siblings-in-law, John and Betty Hester; his niece Glenda Poole Dickerson; and his great grandchild Josie Cranfill.
He is survived by: his children, Keith A. Krout of Crawfordsville, Kevin Krout (Brenda) of Albuquerque, NM and Vicki Cope (Darrell) of Ladoga; his grandsons, Clint Jackson (Cassie Bixler) of New Ross and Casey Jackson (Jamie) of Waynetown; his stepgranddaughters, Joanna LeJeune of Crawfordsville and Amy Smith (Mike) of Brownsburg; and his sister Margaret "Moyne" Redmon Caldwell of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; five great-great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be given to East Side Baptist Church Benevolent Fund, the Montgomery County Animal Welfare League or the Home for Friendless Animals.
