He was predeceased by: his parents, Vola Surber and Ester Surber; his sister Linda Surber; and his nephew Jeff Surber. He is survived by: his spouse Rozella Moore; his great grandchild Harper Raelynn Craft; his children, Doug of Appleton, Wisconsin and Carol Craft (Terry) of Crawfordsville; his grandsons, Justin Craft (Renee) of Greenwood and Brendon Craft of Greenwood; his great grandchild Harper Craft; his brother Ron Surber (Jan) of Crawfordsville; and his nieces and nephews, Janna, Missy, Angie, Greg, Mike, James and Brian.
