He is survived by: his children, Davey Popp (Della) and Terri Barrick (Kirk); his brothers, Gail Popp (Delores) and Maynard Popp; his close friend Starla Carver; and his stepchildren, Brandon Brown (Jamie), Caleb Brown (Sara), Kyle Carver and Cassie Carver. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 8 step-grandchildren.
