He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Livengood and Zora Iva Livengood; his brothers, Arnold "Bill" and Randel Livengood; his sisters-in-law, Harriet and Dorothy Livengood; his parents-in-law, Robert E. and Maude Wheeler; and his siblings-in-law, Tom, Bill, Jim Wheeler, Bud Brooks, Pete Cornett, Maxine Wheeler, Sue Sutherlin and Anna Mae Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Wheeler; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Wheeler of Browns Valley, Jack Wheeler of Greencastle, Rex Sutherlin of Rockville, Jim West of Crawfordsville, Jean Cornett of California, Darleen Brooks of Crawfordsville, Jane Starnes (Bob) of Crawfordsville, Sandi Byers (Jim) of Crawfordsville, Emily Wheeler of North Carolina and Nancy Wheeler of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
