He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Humphreys and Ferris Humphreys (Hesler); his brother Jerry Humphreys; and his sister-in-law Brig Humphreys. He is survived by: his wife Sally Miles; his sons, Mitch Humphreys (Michele) and Justin Humphreys (Kelley); his grandchildren, Kinsey, Kendall, Addison and Miles Humphreys; and his brother Phillip Humphreys (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family; and his friends.
