He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McCloud and Dorothy McCloud (Minnich); his daughter Janet Ann McCloud; and his siblings, James McCloud, Russell McCloud, Harry McCloud, Robert McCloud and Ann Lambka.
He is survived by: his son Franklin "Andy" McCloud (Traci); his grandchildren, Cody and Savannah McCloud; and his sister Rosa Stonebraker. He is also survived by several stepchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
