He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae (Adams); his sons, Frank (Carla) of Noblesville and Scot (Amy) of Crawfordsville; his sister Nancy Cook of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Clay Endicott of Chicago, Niki McMahon (Dave) of Sarasota, Florida, Lindsey Endicott of Crawfordsville and Logan Endicott (Karsyn Mussche) of Crawfordsville; his great grandchild Nolan; and his daughter Angela Quadt-Ebertz.
