She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin H. Miller and Mary E. Miller (Wray); her husband Warren Bell; her sisters, Mildred Lane, Naomi Merrell and Claire Bennett; and her son-in-law Fred Threlkeld.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald (Barbara), Gregory Bell (Martha), Mariana Threlkeld and Marilyn Bell; her grandchildren, Jason Bell, Erin Bell, Christian Threlkeld and Kathleen Bell; her great grandchildren, Paige, Abbi, Nate, Katie and Avery; her great great grandchild Payton; and her sister-in-law Stella Steel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
